Sandra Alland is a Scottish-Canadian writer, multimedia artist and activist. She has published two books of poetry, Blissful Times with BookThug and Proof of a Tongue with McGilligan Books. Currently, she’s working on a collection of short fiction called Things I Don’t Remember, as well as recording music-poetry fusion-weirdness with Venezuelan musician Y. Sally Cooper is a fiction writer and has had short stories published in recent issues of The Nashwaak Review, Grain and Event. Her second novel, Tell Everything, came out in February from Dundurn. She teaches at Humber College and lives in Hamilton.

Fraser Sutherland is a writer and editor, and was a lexicographer back in the days when people still published print dictionaries. He’s authored 13 books, nine of them poetry, and most recently Manual for Emigrants (Tightrope Books).

The Press Club is located at 850 Dundas Street West, three blocks west of Bathurst on the north side of the street, and is easily accessible by the Dundas and/or Bathurst streetcars. Doors at 8, readings at 8.30 or thereabouts. No cover, no hat.
